With a collaborative and fast-paced environment, they are seeking a proactive individual to lead their digital advertising efforts and help drive exceptional results for their clients. What You'll Do: Manage Ad Campaigns:

Oversee and optimise paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads for both their agency and their clients. Landing Page Oversight:

Coordinate with external resources to create and optimise landing pages that drive high conversion rates. Social Media & Content Management:

Manage their social media presence and company blog to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Performance Tracking:

Analyse campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. Who You Are: Experienced in Paid Ads:

Proven experience running and managing paid ad campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and Google Ads. Social Media Savvy:

Strong understanding of social media management and content creation. Conversion-Focused:

Solid knowledge of landing page design and optimisation principles to maximise conversions. Analytical & Results-Driven:

Skilled at using data to inform decisions and improve performance. Strong Communicator:
