We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to own Asanti's digital channels, working with the Marketing Director to create and manage multiple organic and paid marketing campaigns from start to finish. Company Description Asanti is a colocation data centre provider, operating 6 strategically located data centres across the UK, offering secure and efficient hosting solutions designed to meet the evolving IT infrastructure needs of businesses today and tomorrow. As a young company, we are in our scale-up phase and are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running as we look to hit our ambitious 2025 targets. Role Description As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage all aspects of our digital estate and channels, including our website, SEO, social media, as well as paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will need to be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and a proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness. Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing activities and campaigns to drive brand awareness and leads. Day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, including paid search (PPC) and paid social, ensuring that all activities are optimized and delivering results against targets. Work with B2B lead generation agencies to support their efforts with paid media. Brief in content to ensure the success of campaigns. Own Google Analytics and integrations into other marketing tools to ensure comprehensive analysis and reporting. Manage and optimize organic acquisition efforts, ensuring that content, SEO, link building, and social media strategies contribute effectively to overall marketing performance. Skills 3+ years of marketing experience. B2B experience preferable. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and project management skills. Experience in the technology or hosting industry is a plus. Marketing automation experience, preferably with HubSpot.
