Redcentric has annualised revenues in excess of £100 million, more than 500 highly skilled employees serving over 2000 customers across the UK. Job Description

Background to the Role:

Redcentric's digital presence is central to our GTM strategy. The web site is the launch point for campaigns, lead generation and content supporting all stages of the customer lifecycle, as well as the platform for engaging with investors and shareholders. The Marketing function is beginning a stage of transition, with a new Marketing Director in place. This role will be central in helping shape and deliver the future strategy, recognising the essential role digital channels play to support brand, lead generation and retention activities. This will be a hands-on role, and there will be a need to support across multiple marketing disciplines with a definite focus on supporting the delivery of the content strategy directly in relation to SEM. Aim of the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of the digital strategy, working closely with the Marketing Director to define digital channels' role in the wider marketing mix and ensure the right investment plan is in place to deliver against agreed outcomes and ROI targets. The primary focus of the role is to ensure we have the right flow of website traffic, the right visibility and understanding of what is driving them to the website, and the right balance of content that moves prospects along the sales funnel and ultimately converts them to leads. Key Responsibilities:

Developing the digital strategy that supports business growth objectives, with a focus on SEM and increasing relevant traffic into the Redcentric website. Ownership of the Redcentric website, driving continuous improvement across key site metrics and ensuring a seamless experience for site visitors. Reporting of performance across channels and website with a focus on lead generation attribution. Management of key elements of the martech stack, focusing on end-to-end visibility of channel performance into CRM. Recommend and make changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords. Plan and create (with the wider marketing and product team) all digital aspects for product launches, campaigns and events. Managing agency relationships and projects, ensuring we bring in the right complimentary skill sets to enhance the in-house team. Support on the delivery of digital elements of campaigns covering brand, vertical and product initiatives. Run regular competitor analysis to benchmark our digital presence against other organisations in our sector. Adherence to Redcentric Solutions Limited ISO09001 and ISO27001 certification standards. Person Specification

The ideal candidate will be a bright and enthusiastic individual with a passion for all things digital. They understand its role in the wider marketing mix and bring ideas and creativity backed by an analytical view. Skills and Experience:

B2B lead generation. GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Email automation. Hands-on experience of implementing SEO strategies for growth. Working knowledge of the latest digital trends and techniques. Experience of using CMS platforms (ideally WordPress). Website migration experience. Proven strong analytical and data-driven approach. Understanding of UX best practices. Working knowledge of Microsoft workplace tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel...). Experience of being part of a multi-discipline team alongside agency management. Experience working within a broad portfolio service organisation would be beneficial, but not essential. Personal Attributes:

Confident and effective communicator across a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally. Ability to manage workload and competing priorities, leading on multiple concurrent projects and deliverables. Strong team player, with the ability to utilise the skills of the wider team and ensure we are all working towards aligned goals. Creativity and curiosity at the heart of everything you do. Not afraid to question and challenge whilst remaining open to learning and understanding from others. Hours of Work:

The Company's standard working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 until 5:30pm with one hour for lunch.
