Who Are They Looking For? Relevant Experience:

3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in the health, wellness, beauty, or natural skincare industries. Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead and manage small teams, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Social Media Proficiency:

Expertise in platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok, with a strong track record of creating content that drives engagement. Analytical Mindset:

Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to track performance and inform strategies. Project Management:

Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery with attention to detail. Influencer Relations:

Experience in developing and managing influencer collaborations and ambassador programmes. Innovative Thinking:

Ability to conceptualise and execute engaging, creative content across digital channels. Commitment to Sustainability:

A genuine passion for ethical practices and environmentally friendly values.

What Does the Role Look Like? Digital Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement plans to boost brand visibility, engagement, and sales across key digital platforms. Social Media Management:

Oversee daily account operations, create content calendars, and optimise strategies for maximum performance. Influencer & Ambassador Programmes:

Build and manage influencer partnerships and ambassador initiatives to drive advocacy. Team Leadership:

Support and mentor team members to maintain high performance and professional growth. Content & PR Integration:

Align content and PR efforts with broader marketing strategies for cohesive messaging. Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor key metrics, generate performance reports, and recommend actionable improvements. Collaboration & Budgeting:

Work with internal teams to align marketing and sales objectives, managing budgets efficiently.
