Digital Marketing Manager

will develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing processes, tools, and systems. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance website performance, deliver measurable campaigns, and drive business growth through data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities: Website Development:

Optimise the website for engagement and lead generation. Regularly audit content and functionality while conducting competitor analysis to ensure superior UX and SEO performance. Digital Tools & Systems:

Implement and manage platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM tools to monitor performance and ROI, supporting business planning and forecasting. Campaign Management:

Design and execute targeted campaigns across email marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, and online advertising to achieve measurable outcomes. Analytics & Reporting:

Leverage tools to evaluate campaign performance, provide insights, and report ROI. Stay updated on emerging tools to enhance digital marketing strategies. CRM & Data Management:

Maintain data accuracy within CRM systems while adhering to GDPR and best practices. Support marketing automation, segmentation, and personalised customer engagement. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within a data-driven environment. Competence with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on performance and identify trends. Excellent knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Familiarity with GDPR and data management best practices. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and external agencies.
