We have a hybrid working setup and therefore you will be required to attend our XXX office a minimum of twice per week. What you will be doing We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving and optimising our digital marketing initiatives across various markets. With global responsibilities, you will collaborate with local marketers and external agencies to build effective local strategies and connect channels like paid search, paid social, and SEO for maximum impact. As a specialist in paid search and paid social, you will provide expert guidance to local teams while ensuring best practices and actionable insights are shared across markets. This role requires someone with strong project management and organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives while also serving as a mentor to local marketers. You’ll not only manage but also empower the team with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. Channel Expertise Serve as the subject matter expert for paid search and paid social, leading campaign execution and optimisation for maximum performance and ROI. Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring competitiveness and innovation across all digital channels. Proactively share insights, channel best practices, and improvement opportunities across all markets, fostering a culture of continuous optimisation. Experience with buyer intent data from platforms like 6Sense to drive targeted advertising strategies. Strategy Development Collaborate with local marketers and manage agencies to support and develop tailored digital marketing strategies that integrate paid search, paid social, and SEO channels. Ensure that local strategies align with broader business goals and drive measurable results. Project & Campaign Management Oversee multiple digital marketing campaigns (PPC, display, social media, etc.), ensuring timely execution and alignment with key performance metrics (KPIs). Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and stakeholders, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope. Collaborate with content teams to ensure high-quality, engaging content is created and distributed across relevant platforms. Regularly review campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations to improve strategies regionally and globally. Budget Management: Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Track and report on budget performance and ROI for all campaigns. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Use web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to monitor campaign performance and user behaviour. Continuously analyse digital performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments. Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights and future growth opportunities. Required skills: Experience:

Minimum of 6 years in digital marketing, with strong expertise in paid search and paid social. Analytical Skills:

Ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics. Project Management:

Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and budgets effectively. SEO Knowledge:

Understanding of SEO strategies and their integration with paid channels. CRM Tools:

Proficiency in HubSpot and experience with Salesforce CRM a plus. Communication:

Strong interpersonal and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and teach local teams. Organisational Skills:

High level of organisation and attention to detail, managing various projects and stakeholders. Adaptability:
