A rapidly expanding medical and cosmetic company is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to enhance its online presence and take the brand to the next level. With clinics in Harley Street, London & Central Birmingham, we're redefining cosmetic surgery and need someone who shares our bold vision and creative energy. Our current social media footprint includes over 300 million views on TikTok, 5 million likes, and 70,000 followers, offering an exciting opportunity to build a B2C brand into a recognised leader in the industry. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase organic traffic to the company's website and clinics. Collaborate with an in-house videographer to create engaging, trend-driven video content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise future efforts. Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders in the medical and cosmetic sectors. Drive brand awareness through innovative social media campaigns, SEO strategies, and email marketing initiatives. Craft SEO-optimised content, including captions, blogs, and descriptions to maximise visibility and drive traffic. Position our brand as a leader in cosmetic surgery with innovative campaigns that align with our tone – bold, professional, and slightly controversial where needed. Work closely with surgeons, patient coordinators, and marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and maximise storytelling opportunities. Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing within the medical, cosmetic, or aesthetic sectors. Proven track record of enhancing brand visibility and generating organic traffic. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and measurable outcomes is essential. Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth across social media or digital platforms. Experience managing social media channels, preferably in the healthcare, beauty, or lifestyle sectors. Strong copywriting skills with a focus on SEO and audience engagement. Proactive attitude with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines. Passion for aesthetics, beauty, or cosmetic surgery (knowledge of procedures like VASER liposuction, keloid removal, etc., is a bonus). Why Join Us?
