Role Overview: You will be leading the digital marketing efforts across multiple social platforms, overseeing influencer and brand ambassador initiatives, as well as the digital marketing team. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure an integrated approach to marketing and achieving KPIs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Oversee daily social media management, creating content calendars and optimizing engagement. Drive influencer marketing campaigns and manage a growing brand ambassador program. Support the creation of engaging content in collaboration with other teams. Use analytics to measure and report on campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities. Align digital strategies with e-commerce objectives while working within budgets. What You'll Need: Solid Digital Marketing experience. Proven ability to lead a team with strong communication and organizational skills. Expertise in social media platforms. Experience in influencer and ambassador program management. Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights.
