About the role Codestone is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and play a critical role in shaping our digital marketing strategies. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising digital marketing strategies across all Codestone Group platforms with a primary focus on lead generation. Your expertise in developing and optimising digital marketing initiatives across our platforms will be key to our lead generation success.
Working in tandem with the Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you'll harness the power of digital channels to attract high-quality leads, while collaborating with the Customer Engagement Marketing Manager to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates. This is a UK-based position with flexibility for remote working. We have offices in London, Basingstoke, and Poole, where you will occasionally visit to collaborate with sales and marketing teams. If you're based within a commutable distance to our offices, we also welcome you to work in a hybrid way. Your Responsibilities will include: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation Marketing Manager and CRM/Customer Marketing Manager to support and enhance campaign effectiveness through digital channels. Measure campaign performance and act upon results to continuously optimise digital campaigns. Manage website performance, focusing on conversion rate optimisation. Implement and manage SEO strategies to drive qualified traffic. Develop and optimise landing pages for lead capture. Collaborate with Marketing team and freelancer/agencies to ensure website content is optimised for both user experience and search engines. Manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on lead generation. Develop and implement paid social media advertising strategies to capture leads. Continuously optimise ad performance to improve lead generation ROI. Competencies Required are: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent project management and organisational skills. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends. Creativity in developing innovative digital marketing approaches. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies. Your Experience will include: 7+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing. Proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns for both acquisition and retention. Experience with lead tracking, lead generation, marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools. Familiarity with website management and WordPress. Experience in managing and optimising marketing technology stacks. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
