The Role

This is a key role to support the Head of Digital Marketing and wider digital marketing team to drive growth through online activity and lead generation across several global brands and online platforms.

To assist with SEO, CRO, PPC, UX, analytics and content. To assist with the preparation of regular and ad hoc reporting. To act as a liaison between the marketing team, product team, digital agencies and members of the wider Instant team.

You will be part of a fast-paced team where there will be a high level of autonomy allowing you to demonstrate your problem-solving skills, desire for learning and ability to consistently deliver excellence. What will you be doing?

Aim to exceed monthly traffic and lead generation targets across key channels and markets. Oversee SEO and paid advertising (PPC, display, social) activities. Manage Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to boost website performance. Leverage data insights from Excel, PowerBI, and Google Data Studio to measure and improve digital marketing. Analyse underperforming areas and drive improvements. Utilise third-party tools to understand audience behaviour and enhance campaigns. Collaborate with agencies to optimise performance, run tests, and apply results. Work with agencies and designers on multi-brand and market campaigns. Translate new website features into technical specifications for development. Build relationships with internal teams, agencies, and partners. Support content marketing strategy in collaboration with agencies and employees. Conduct desktop research on competitors, partners, and industry trends. Collaborate on digital and traditional marketing activities. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and share insights. Assist in delivering various ad hoc digital projects.

Who are we looking for?

Experience with creating and managing a website, blog, or app is desirable. Knowledge of search engine marketing, particularly B2B. Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) is a plus. Essential experience with Google Analytics; Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio are desirable. Experience collaborating with developers in an Agile environment. IT literate with proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and SQL is desirable. Experience using a variety of digital tools and technologies. Strong commercial awareness and focus on performance. Excellent time management, task planning, and problem-solving skills. Initiative-driven and constantly seeking efficiency improvements. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels and with external agencies. Positive, team-oriented attitude. High standards for delivering quality work and exceeding expectations. Professional approach with colleagues and external partners.
