Digital Marketing Manager / Luxury Services / Paid Social / Location: Central London Salary: Circa £55,000 + benefits Permanent Currently recruiting for a leading luxury services client who is looking to onboard a strategic hire at the digital marketing manager level. The ideal candidate will have broad digital marketing experience across multiple channels, enjoy execution particularly around Email & CRM Marketing, and possess good analytical skills in areas such as reporting and campaigns. Close collaboration with tech, data, and sales is also key, along with paid experience in Google Ads, Meta, and more. Responsibilities / Skills Contribute to the Digital Marketing strategy including optimizing digital presence, increasing brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. Strong multi-channel marketing experience including email, website, content, paid media campaigns, SEO, and more with a focus on supporting client engagement, retention, and conversion. Strong campaign management experience including analyzing results and providing recommendations. Collaborate with tech on CMS, UX, and website redesign as it pertains to marketing strategy. Work in partnership with external agencies to develop and deliver paid campaigns and SEO strategies. Devise and manage the email marketing strategy, including campaign setups, segmentation, content, reporting, and making recommendations to optimize the performance of all email marketing campaigns and automations. Content/copywriting experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the wider business including PR, Social, and Tech. Build and deliver quarterly reports on all digital performance such as completing A/B testing to improve conversions, sales, and overall user experience. Monitor and report on all digital activities via Google Analytics, CRM, and other systems to test/learn and optimize digital performance/improve the user journey. Knowledge across all performance marketing channels, paid advertising products, features, settings, and optimization possibilities, with a proven record of running high-quality user acquisition strategies. Experience with paid ad platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, with a current focus on Meta and Google Ads. Strong analytics and reporting skills within tools such as GA4. Enjoy working within a scaling business with a flat structure.
