Our purpose is to significantly reduce the impact of eczema and other itchy skin conditions, enabling anyone with these conditions to live more comfortably and confidently. Our platform, Eczema Clothing (www.eczemaclothing.com), aggregates and curates the best clothing brands available for adults and kids with eczema or sensitive skin as well as offering independent balanced advice. Our in-house garment brand is Cotton Comfort, producing high quality organic cotton eczema clothing.
The role will report to our Head of Marketing and will be responsible for our digital marketing activity and online presence and our related goals.
You will be proactive and able to work independently as well as coordinate and manage input from team members and external consultants and agencies.
What you'll do...
Paid Google Search activity Liaising with external agency for delivery Tracking key metrics and reporting these against targets e.g. CTR, ROAD Website Development – identify new requirements for functionality / conversion rate optimisation, implement in-house if possible or use/manage external developers Management – creating / updating products, offers, content incl use of photo/video editing software Optimisation – managing SEO agency and/or in-house Use of Google Analytics and other management software. Tracking of key metrics and reporting against targets e.g. AOV, LTV, conversion, time on site. Email Creating, scheduling and optimising flows and campaigns Tracking of key metrics and reporting on these against targets e.g. click, open and order rates AI / Tech Keep on top of digital trends and provide regular updates to team Identifying areas across marketing that can benefit from AI / technology and provide recommendations on how to utilise effectively e.g. content, testing, audience creation, share of voice. Third Party D2C Channels e.g. Amazon Identify and make recommendations for listings on third party D2C sites Manage relationships and ensure aligned content on third party D2C sites Who you are... Proven experience of digital marketing in e-commerce Enthusiasm to learn – you might not tick all the boxes below but if you have a willingness to get training / learn them then that could work Good understanding and experience of Google Analytics, Paid Search metrics Strong Shopify experience / knowledge – we use Shopify 2.0 plus various apps SEO / CRO experience and understanding Demonstrable understanding of AI and awareness of digital trends in relation to marketing / e-commerce Experience of Klaviyo – creating flows, tracking metrics Experience with photo / video editing software Familiarity with Amazon FBA is an advantage Strong initiative and a can-do, confident approach to projects An interest in and awareness of eczema and other skin conditions Keen to play a leading role in a small, growing team Salary:
£40-45k pro rata Logistics:
Flexible hours - 22.5 hrs (3 days equiv) per week – if necessary spread over 4-5 days p/w. Flexible location – combination of remote working and in person meet (e.g. once p/w) in Oxfordshire/Bucks/Northants e.g. Oxford, Bicester, Banbury
