Digital Marketing Manager – An exciting opportunity has arisen within an established, growth-focused organisation. With their head office in the Poole area, our client is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing person to join their office-based marketing team, to focus on driving the

digital marketing strategy

across multiple brands within the business. The Digital Marketing Manager will be a crucial part of the marketing team, reporting into the Head of Marketing, and working alongside various stakeholders in the organisation, to develop and execute a comprehensive customer-focused digital marketing strategy to support lead generation objectives and overall business growth. With both a creative approach and

analytical mindset , you will plan, implement, and manage social media campaigns, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns, and

interpret data

to provide actionable insights. Develop and execute

a comprehensive customer-focused CRM

digital marketing strategy

to support business growth and lead generation campaigns. Campaign Management:

Plan and optimise social media and other paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.). Work in collaboration with the Brand Marketing Manager to align

content plans

with overall marketing strategies. Monitor and enhance the performance of campaigns based upon KPIs to ensure consistent optimisation. CRM and Email Marketing:

Oversee CRM Email marketing system, to include list segmentation, email campaigns, automation, and analytics. Implement lead scoring and lifestyle marketing programmes to improve conversion rates. Paid Advertising:

Manage relationships with external marketing partners, ensuring they meet objectives/KPIs and reviewing performance of Google Ads. Analytics and Reporting:

Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Manage key performance metrics, including ROI, lead conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Work closely with the Design Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Manager to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all digital channels. Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, including AI advances, and share relevant insights with the team. Key Skills / Experience required: A background in a similar level

Digital Marketing

role, within a

B2B

environment, is essential. Whilst you will not be managing a team directly, you will need to demonstrate the ability to own the Digital Marketing role and quickly add value to a busy, growth-focused marketing department. Strong Project Management skills are required, as you will be managing multiple campaigns/marketing projects simultaneously. A solid understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and customer journey mapping is crucial. A logical and

analytical mindset , with previous experience of creating reports and

interpreting data . A creative mindset with a proactive approach to solving ever-changing marketing challenges. Previous experience in SEO initiatives, including building a strategy, reporting on success, and managing external partners/agencies, would be ideal.
