Role Purpose
To manage and improve performance of all digital activity across the Group in line with corporate and marketing objectives. Responsibilities
Achieve individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed. Manage the development of online platforms in line with marketing objectives. Manage the implementation of tracking and analytics tools to provide MI to business heads/determining success of marketing campaigns. Maintain the digital plan and distribute work as necessary to team members. Assist with Domain and SSL certificate management. Oversee and implement actions to improve SEO, onsite and offsite. Oversee and implement actions to improve PPC performance. Manage digital integration projects with other platforms and software. Manage relationships with 3rd party agencies where necessary. Provide leadership and support to your direct reports through identification of training needs & implementation of coaching & development plans. Awareness of digital marketing platforms & their benefits. Dependable leader with the ability to encourage and work in a trusted environment. Inspire direct reports through motivational coaching & training. Knowledge and experience of pay per click advertising. Knowledge of and experience in implementing SEO principles. Knowledge of and experience in managing PPC principles. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and API integrations. Experience using data to improve user experience and user interface. Awareness of marketing theory, with a keen interest in digital marketing theory & practice. Tenacious, positive and pro-active to new challenges and opportunities. Communicate effectively with other team members whilst working closely and flexibly. Resourceful, organised and deadline driven with good time management and self-motivation. Quality orientated with great attention to detail. Ability to work in a regulated, compliant and client focused environment. Ownership of own continuing professional development. Organised, resourceful, deadline driven and supportive of the wider team. Excellent interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication.
