The digital and technical enablement and execution of marketing campaigns, driving online visibility through our socials and website. Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic growth. Grow social media accounts, creating and curating content applications, engaging with followers. Drive targeted campaigns for acquisition and retention marketing to enhance brand awareness, admiration (NPS) and strategic audience connections. Work with external customers and suppliers/partners to build strong relationships with stakeholders to support and promote the marketing strategy and brand awareness. Develop and execute automated email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis using the CRM system. Launch and support a companywide program of contact relationship management to drive customer loyalty and insights across the customer lifecycle. Act as Product Owner of the CRM tool and the website, setting up ongoing projects and user stories for different audiences and segments within the software. Implement the CRM framework and in consultation with business stakeholders, prioritize the backlog for CRM development of MVP releasing incremental features. Oversee lead generation activity and revenue pipeline for new business opportunities, working closely with the Account Managers, Commercial and Marketing & Sales teams. Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI optimization. Ideally, You'll Have:
Proven experience in digital marketing, including strategy development, campaign creation, campaign execution, and data analysis. Consistently curious; you stay informed about marketing technology trends and tools, recommending and implementing new solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activity. Strong understanding and application of digital marketing channels and tools to drive growth, including SEO, SEMrush, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms. Use of WordPress in managing and updating websites. Certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot). Marketing qualification, with preferred experience in B2B technology sector or related field, strong creative skills to conceptualize and execute on campaigns. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva to create visual assets aligned to Brand guidelines, AI marketing tools, CRM, customer enterprise platforms.
