Our client, a prestigious, design-led bathroom brand, is seeking a skilled

Digital Marketing Manager

to enhance digital engagement, strengthen brand visibility, and create innovative campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to lead digital marketing for a brand that serves boutique showrooms, architects, and specialist bathroom contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all digital marketing activities, ensuring the brand is front-of-mind across multiple channels.

Develop and manage content for social media, website, and email communications.

Oversee SEO efforts and manage day-to-day website operations, including larger digital projects.

Implement and optimise CRM tools, segmenting data for targeted email marketing.

Create and deliver digital launch campaigns to support new product introductions.

Analyse digital marketing performance, offering insights and data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Liaise with external agencies and partners for web development and content creation.

Requirements Key Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing.

Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and Google Analytics.

Experience in content marketing, including blogs, video creation, and campaign management.

Demonstrated success in driving innovation and change in digital marketing.

Experience in the KBB (kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom) or construction industry is highly desirable.

Desirable Skills:

Strong understanding of SEO.

Experience with PPC and social media advertising.

Basic design skills (e.g., Canva or InDesign).

Benefits

Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE
