Role Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Senior Specialist to join our team. This role will involve supporting various digital marketing initiatives and leveraging analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, a basic understanding of analytics tools, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing, the role will work closely with different teams including product marketing, content marketing, business operations, design, and communications to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. Responsibilities: Digital Campaign Management: Assist in the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, email, PPC) to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and copy for various digital platforms including social media. Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization. Work with the digital team to update the website based on trends, UX analysis, and campaign priorities. Analytics and Insight Development: Utilize a variety of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Marketo, SFDC, etc.) to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance & utilize insights to improve and enhance our marketing initiatives. Dive deep into data to extract actionable insights, including customer segmentation, conversion funnels, and attribution analysis. Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics and trends effectively. SEO and SEM Support: Assist in comprehensive keyword research and analysis using tools to identify opportunities for organic and paid search improvements. Collaborate on SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and rankings. Insight-driven Decision Making: Analyze data to provide actionable insights that drive marketing strategies, user experience improvements, and customer engagement. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and analytics. Overall Marketing Team Support: On an as-needed basis, assist cross-functional team on a variety of marketing initiatives including event support, product marketing initiatives, project management, and content marketing. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field. 7+ years of digital marketing experience. Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
