By designing and optimising email templates, automating life-cycle campaigns, and working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll play a pivotal role in increasing membership value and enhancing the user experience.

In addition to campaign delivery, you’ll serve as the primary expert and point of contact for our client’s bulk email system. This includes collaborating with suppliers for system improvements, ensuring campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, and providing guidance to colleagues on best practices. You’ll also monitor campaign performance through data analysis tools, report on key metrics, and work with the marketing team to refine segmentation and targeting strategies. Through continuous optimisation and innovation, your goal will be to maximise the effectiveness of email communications and maintain a high standard of quality across all digital touchpoints.
