About the role The SEM Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and optimising paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic and lead generation. Using platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn ads, this role involves creating and executing search engine marketing strategies, managing budgets, and optimising ad performance. Collaboration with the broader marketing team to align paid search efforts with overall business objectives is essential to ensure campaigns effectively reach and convert potential customers. What will you bring? Proficiency in Google Ads and LinkedIn ads, with the ability to manage search campaigns, create ads, and optimise for conversions. Strong understanding of keyword research and competitive analysis to identify valuable search terms. Experience in paid search campaign management, including budget allocation, bid management, and ad optimization. A/B testing and data analysis skills to optimise ads, keywords, and landing pages for maximum performance. Knowledge of SEO best practices, as SEM and SEO often work together to enhance online visibility. Familiarity with remarketing and retargeting strategies to engage past website visitors and increase conversions. Experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, including keyword research and ad optimisation. Proven track record in budget management for SEM campaigns, maximizing ROI through effective spend allocation. Experience with A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and other elements to enhance conversion rates. What can we offer you?
