Feb 2025 - April 2025 We are seeking a strategic and results-driven marketing professional to lead the customer acquisition and retention strategy across a range of digital channels. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing the online presence of a business that is entering an exciting new phase of expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising data-driven campaigns to attract, engage, and retain customers. A core part of this role will be the coordination of CRM and email marketing strategies. You will maximise lifecycle marketing opportunities to deliver a seamless brand experience and to achieve consistent revenue growth. Key Requirements:

Drive Acquisition Strategy

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including traffic growth and e-commerce sales. Collaborate with external partners to identify high-impact opportunities across paid channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and YouTube. Lead CRM and Email Marketing

Take ownership of CRM and email marketing to craft and optimise customer journeys focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention. Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including lead generation funnels and personalised re-engagement efforts. Optimise Campaigns

Launch and refine multi-channel campaigns, using A/B testing for creative assets, copy, and landing pages. Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., CAC, LTV) to optimise return on investment and drive sustained growth. Collaborate Across Teams

Align acquisition strategies with SEO, content, and social media teams to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives. Work closely with the e-commerce team to optimise on-site merchandising and improve user experience. Analyse and Innovate

Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights using tools like GA4, marketing automation platforms, and BI software. Experiment with emerging platforms and marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Candidate Criteria

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and be passionate about driving growth through data-led strategies. Key attributes include: Proven experience in a digital marketing or acquisition-focused role, with proven expertise in integrating CRM and email marketing strategies. Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. Proficiency with tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, and GA4, alongside a strong analytical mindset. Ability to manage budgets effectively and scale campaigns to deliver measurable ROI. Skilled in developing and optimising lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve customer retention and lifetime value. A team player with excellent communication skills, comfortable working cross-functionally to deliver cohesive campaign. Please apply for more information.
