Digital Marketing Trainer This role is based in N17 8JL - please ensure you live within a 8 mile radius of the location. Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract Job Overview: The Digital Marketing Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training on digital marketing principles, strategies, and tools. The trainer will guide learners through various specialist areas, helping them understand the digital marketing landscape and develop the skills needed to implement effective digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Curriculum Delivery: - Teach the core units of the Digital Marketing Bootcamp, covering areas such as Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Pay-per-click advertising, Email marketing, Web analytics, and more. - Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions using various teaching methods and tools. 2. Content Development: - Update and enhance training materials based on the latest industry trends and best practices. - Develop practical exercises and case studies that allow learners to apply concepts in real-world scenarios. 3. Assessment and Feedback: - Assess learners' understanding and progress through quizzes, assignments, and hands-on projects. - Provide constructive feedback and support to help learners improve their skills. 4. Industry Awareness: - Stay informed about the latest developments in digital marketing and related technologies. - Share insights and trends with learners to enhance their understanding of the evolving digital landscape. 5. Mentorship: - Offer guidance and mentorship to learners, helping them to build professional networks and explore career opportunities in digital marketing. - Encourage a collaborative learning environment where learners can share ideas and insights. 6. Communication Skills: - Teach effective communication styles and digital etiquette, emphasizing the importance of audience understanding and brand consistency. 7. Branding and Social Media Strategy: - Instruct on branding principles, brand management, and the strategic use of social media, including hashtag strategies and community engagement. - Develop training programs aimed at upskilling professionals in B2B environments, focusing on digital marketing with the use of AI tools and strategies tailored for business needs. Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and web analytics. - Previous experience in teaching or training, preferably in digital marketing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners. - Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
