Job Description This advert will close on Monday 23rd December 2025 Your role as a Digital Merchandiser Execute day-to-day merchandising operations for a selection of brands by leading the selection and placement of content

(“what content goes where”)

across multiple digital products - Websites, Mobile App and WiFi Splash screens. Collaborate with brand, marketing and digital teams to bring campaigns to life through effective activation and execution via our Content Management Systems (CMS - Sitecore) and Customer Engagement Platform (CEP - Braze), as well as with other tools such as PIM & DAM. Configure booking setups via our booking management systems (Zonal & Sitecore) and manage trading activities for a selection of brands, as well as managing day-to-day change requests from a range of managed venues. Take the lead across the team in one or more specific "conduit" areas ie. a product (websites, mobile apps, booking engines, customer engagement tools, Wifi or DAM), a digital channel (SEO, CRM, Social, media, creative, insights) or a strategic pillar (consistent content, customer journey, personalisation, authentic messaging or experience optimisation). Provide support, guidance and training to other team members both within merchandising, wider digital and across the entire marketing function (ie. “self-serve merchandising”) as needed. Take accountability for shaping targets, measuring in-flight performance and leading the production of post-campaign reports alongside our dedicated digital insights team, on merchandising KPIs such as Traffic, Conversion Rate and Bookings.
