Job Description: As Digital Merchandising Coordinator for eCommerce EMEA, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our digital merchandising strategy to maximise brand visibility, increase conversion, and optimise the online customer experience. You will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for e-commerce, and experience in content management, product merchandising, and customer feedback monitoring. The Digital Merchandising Coordinator will be a part of our eCommerce Trading team for EMEA, supporting the growth of Belkin across Amazon and other key eCommerce platforms. What you’ll do: Develop, update, and optimise product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product content, images, and videos. New Product Information (NPI) set up, liaising with the Business Unit, Planning and within the Digital Marketing team to deliver impactful product launches. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create and implement engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and appeals to target audiences. Conduct regular audits of product content on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms to ensure consistency and high quality across all channels. Work closely within the Digital Marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are applied to product listings to increase visibility and ranking. Partner with e-commerce and sales teams to plan and execute product launches, promotions, and bundling strategies. Regularly monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and platform updates to keep the brand competitive on e-commerce channels and identify opportunities for merchandising improvements and differentiators. Use a variety of data to identify cross and up-selling opportunities, improve shopper journey and ensure Belkin customers have a best-in-class experience across all touch points. Track and analyse customer reviews and ratings across Amazon EMEA and other platforms to gain insights into customer sentiment and product feedback. Work closely with the customer service and product development teams to address recurring product concerns and implement improvements. Take proactive measures to manage customer feedback, escalating issues when necessary. Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) including sales conversions, content performance, product visibility, and customer satisfaction. Analyse data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving product listings and enhancing the customer experience. What you’ll need: Experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce or a related role, preferable with experience in Amazon Marketplace and EMEA regions. Strong understanding of e-commerce content strategies, SEO best practices, and product listing optimization. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally. Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products. Strong English verbal and written communication skills, additional European languages are highly desirable. Well organised and detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines with excellent time management skills. What you’ve done: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, with experience in Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central highly preferred. Previous experience in an eCommerce marketing, merchandising or sales capacity or equivalent position. Information and Communication Technology industry background is advantageous. Proven verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrative experience of reporting and analysis. Experience managing Amazon Channel is highly desirable.
