The Opportunity LEVC Mtech is leading a project to introduce a range of new energy passenger vehicles tailored for the UK market. About the role This role focuses on managing and enhancing the company's digital marketing efforts in the UK. Key responsibilities include: Increasing brand awareness and reputation. Driving customer engagement and loyalty. Optimizing media buying and CRM processes. Leading digital transformation within the dealer network. This role aims to leverage digital channels to grow market presence and sales in the UK while delivering measurable ROI across various digital platforms. Manage and qualify agencies, digital agencies, influencers, digital media, and CRM systems to support the company’s brand development in the UK, aiming to increase brand awareness and reputation. Report to and collaborate with the Head of Marketing and HQ to ensure alignment with global strategies. Track brand health and conduct brand surveys to optimise brand-building strategies in the UK. Define target markets for various segments and portfolios, exploring and gaining deep insights into market opportunities. Develop and implement promotional strategies and customer loyalty programmes. Ensure the compliance of images and control of processes. Develop and execute brand CRM strategies. Develop strategies to increase conversion rates in digital sales through the company’s dealer network. Monitor lead generation results at the distributor and national levels.

Media Buying: Implement media buying aligned with brand & sales targets, optimise ROI, and analyse UK advertising trends. Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across internal/external digital media.

CRM Management: Manage the CRM system, effectively route leads to dealers, track progress, and leverage CRM insights for marketing strategies. Track and evaluate the performance of digital campaigns.

Experience to succeed 5+ years experience in digital and new media with a proven track record of managing innovative, omnichannel programs and working with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Leadership and team management abilities. Ability to thrive under pressure and achieve goals. Expertise in digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, SEM, email). Analytical mindset for data-driven decision making. Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking. Strong project management skills and ability to multitask. Experience in media buying and optimising advertising ROI. Knowledge of CRM systems and customer engagement.
