Our client, a prominent FTSE100 FMCG organisation, is looking for a Digital Product Analyst to join their Digital & Technology team. You'll be responsible for analysing the performance of their digital platforms, including mobile apps, interactive kiosks, and till systems.


The Opportunity: As the Digital Product Analyst, you will work closely with the development team in India and other cross-functional internal stakeholders to support data-driven decisions and guide the strategic direction of the company's innovative digital food ordering solutions. Your insights and analysis will directly influence product strategy, ensuring their platforms remain user-friendly and aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyse the performance of mobile apps, kiosks, till systems and other digital platforms

Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance user experience and drive business growth

Collaborate with the Development team and internal stakeholders to shape product strategy

Communicate complex technical information in a clear and engaging manner

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with digital platforms, working closely with the deployment team

Create comprehensive training materials to support the rollout of new digital solutions


What We're Looking For:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and performance monitoring

Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and translate complex digital products

Experience in the hospitality, food and beverage or restaurant services industry preferred

A proactive, hands-on approach and a 'completer/finisher' mindset
