2 Months max The Opportunity: A Boutique Tech Consultancy seeks an influential Senior Product Manager to oversee the E2E design and delivery of large-scale Public Sector digital transformation initiatives. The Role: As a Digital Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of shaping impactful solutions for (GDS) Government clients. Your mission? To deliver clear product strategies and roadmaps that drive value, gaining stakeholder alignment by championing MVP thinking. Through expertly written user stories and a razor-sharp prioritised backlog, you’ll ensure every step delivers meaningful progress. Drawing on your deep knowledge of Agile, you’ll embed a user-first mindset and cultivate agile practices that empower multi-disciplinary teams. Together, you’ll deliver cutting-edge, bespoke digital products and services that truly make a difference. Key Responsibilities:
Must be SC Clearable or holding active SC Security Clearance! Previous government/public sector project experience, including GDS projects. Proficient in user requirements and story prioritisation. Owning end-to-end product backlog, focusing on story quality. Creating goal-oriented roadmaps, secures stakeholder buy-in, and emphasises MVP. Leading collaborative goal breakdowns within product teams. Guiding teams in managing scope aligned with product vision and goals. Demonstrates leadership, promoting sound product management practices. Actively builds relationships with business stakeholders. Implements tools and techniques for business analysis and requirements gathering. Conducts workshops with senior stakeholders, resolving conflicting viewpoints. Strong commercial awareness and active involvement in revenue activities. Coaches and mentors in agile techniques and best practices. Benefits Package:
