About The Role We are looking for a proactive, problem focused Digital Product Manager to manage a diverse range of internal and external products in our commercial and performance space. As part of Digital, Data & Technology, you will play a leading role in managing product vision and strategy, and leading product teams to deliver a great experience to users. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, to understand their needs, define the product vision, roadmap and backlog, and oversee the delivery of the products. You will also need to track product performance and ensure that they deliver high-quality outcomes and value for money. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of HC-One and make a positive impact on our Resident’s lives. Key Responsibilities Will Include Managing and maintaining product vision and strategy Owning product roadmaps Managing a problem focused product backlog Leading and facilitating product team meetings Managing product change Owning product performance About You Educated to Degree level in a related discipline, or with equivalent experience, and holding a relevant qualification in Agile (ideally as product owner or product delivery) you have at least 2 years of experience working in a product manager role, ideally with experience using bootstrap & Devops. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills and can influence stakeholders, communicate ideas and concepts effectively and evaluate options to make suitable recommendations. You have an understanding of the Product lifecycle, can execute a Product vision, strategy & roadmap, and have the ability to work on a varied and demanding portfolio, ensuring strategic initiatives are prioritised. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and therefore it is important that you are able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
