Digital Product Manager Salary: £49,634 - £52,592 per annum plus excellent benefits Location: Walsall, West Midlands Contract: Full Time, 37 hours per week. (min two days in the office however could be more depending on business needs) Closing Date: 21st January 2025 Telephone Interviews Date: 24th January 2025 In Person Interview Date: 29th January 2025 We have an exciting opportunity in our Digital team for an experienced, creative and highly motivated Digital Product Manager to drive the development, implementation and improvement of our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams

to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer need and algin with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, user-centred design and data-driven decision making. Main job responsibilities: Define and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap based on customer insight and business objectives. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful product development and delivery acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Coach and embed a product ownership mindset across the business promoting and expanding the use of digital solutions. Conduct analysis using market research and customer engagement to identify opportunities. Translate requirements into detailed product specifications and backlog items, collaborating with the development team to manage agile product delivery. Contribute to the continuous improvement of team and business processes and provide advice and technical training where needed. Identify and mitigate risk associated with product development and deployment. We're looking for someone who has: Demonstrable experience of working in a product management role, ideally with digital products, or relevant transferrable skill set such as software development or business analysis. Proficiency in agile delivery and the software development lifecycle. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps or similar. Experience with UX/UI design principles and wireframing tools. A customer centric approach with the ability to challenge internally focussed processes and traditional ways of thinking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
