Job Description - Digital Product Owner (15409) Digital Product Owner - "Manage my Holiday" We are recruiting for a Digital Product Owner to join our Digital Team to deliver the ‘Manage’ roadmap for easyJet holidays. This is a high-profile position, working closely with Customer & Operations to continue to grow the proposition for our customers and trade partners, so that they can easily manage their holiday with us. You will lead a development team within our digital factory and be responsible for prioritising and delivering solutions that are accessible, secure and most importantly, easy, for our customers. You will use customer insights, analytics, and best practices to recommend and deliver improvements, working closely with internal stakeholders and other Digital Product Owners to ensure a brilliant customer experience. What you’ll bring to the team: We’re looking for somebody with experience of working as a Digital Product Owner, ideally within a customer or operations function. You’ll need to be familiar with experimentation, CRO, and A/B testing, and experience of working within an agile environment alongside development teams. You’ll be highly numerate and commercially aware to measure and report on the success of your work. You’ll be confident to lead and motivate development teams, and have a good understanding of analytics and tracking tools, and excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
