Responsible for the conversion performance, CRO and user experience for Edyn websites. Consulting and aggregating requirements and opportunities to improve our digital product offering, features and functionality, user experience and conversion rate optimisation across the Edyn group websites. Owning the digital product vision, roadmap and the product backlog, reviewing and prioritising items in the backlog throughout the delivery cycle in collaboration with the digital technology team and development partner. Identify the business demand and business/user outcomes, ensuring these are documented as Epics and user stories, and be the business lead helping to answer questions as the stories progress through the design/development/test cycle. Managing key stakeholders (both upwards and across the organization) to drive the digital product & CRO strategy, roadmap and agenda. Maintaining knowledge and awareness of new market trends and best practice for digital product development, ecommerce and conversion optimisation. CRO & AB Testing
Creating and managing the AB testing backlog and programme, working with our CRO partner, web development agency and AB testing tool provider (AB Tasty). Identify and prioritise AB tests and hypothesis, working with our CRO and AB testing tool partners to implement tests. Constantly optimising the websites to deliver our defined business outcomes and digital product and CRO strategy through collaboration with our inhouse digital technology team and web development partner. Using analytics, user research and feedback to drive insight, actions and measurable improvements across all websites, identifying gaps or the need for new tools or research. Identifying, creating and tracking appropriate digital product KPIs, including setting and monitoring performance vs targets and monthly reforecasting for CRO and web conversion funnel metrics. Collaborating with digital technology and finance team to create the business case(s) for CRO and digital product developments – taking ownership for defining and realising the business benefits. Constantly assessing value and prioritising stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and aligned with the digital product strategy. Identify improvements to better track website and online booking experience, task completion and effort scores. People Management

3+ years experience as a digital product owner / business lead in defining, prioritizing and delivering a product backlog working with digital design, development, & testing teams. Experience and deep understanding of the role of a digital product owner within an agile digital development & delivery team.
