Digital Product Owner

- Salary circa £40,000-£55,000 Aviva Digital is rapidly growing, and we have an outstanding opportunity for a Digital Product Owner to join our digital product team. As part of the Customer & Marketing function, we’re on a mission in Digital to build a smart, effortless experience that saves our customers time and gives them confidence. We’re after people who are hungry for the challenge of shaping, building, and maintaining our current and future experiences within MyAviva web and app, our flagship customer portal. If you’re energised by motivating others, with the resources available to deliver a step change for the millions of Aviva customers who use our portal platforms every month, this is the job for you. A bit about the job: These roles support our One Aviva customer vision. Working with key stakeholders across our business you’ll collaborate to define the product vision and roadmap, as well as managing how work is delivered effectively into the MyAviva platform. You’ll also work with our wider digital teams to make sure new features are well researched, tested with customers, and pass all the necessary legal and compliance approvals before we release them. Customer satisfaction is at our core, so staying close to our performance and taking the right action to manage and increase it is key to our purpose. You’ll join our MyAviva digital product team, contributing to the wider growth of our platform and supporting strategic decisions and opportunities. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Proven experience in digital product ownership, ideally across both web and app channels, with a successful track record of journey performance analysis and optimisation. A strong delivery portfolio underpinned by Agile techniques (certification preferred e.g., ICAgile, PSPO), partnered with a genuine passion for digital and delivering successful outcomes. Developing cross function relationships, removing complexity and motivating a team. Being an excellent communicator both in-person and remotely, with strong presentation skills. Helping stakeholders to understand our product vision now and in the future and utilising insight to make decisions, centred on our customers, performance and results. Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to use data to inform requirements and articulate realised benefits against delivered outcomes. What you’ll get for this role: Starting
