This role is a key position within that greenfield department. What you will be doing As the Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of digital solutions, from initiation through to launch, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Duties are as follows: Develop and lead detailed delivery, change, and resource allocation plans for agile and waterfall phases of project delivery. Manage hybrid project workflows, balancing Agile sprints with waterfall milestones Understanding of digital development and technology approaches Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, including business leaders, data teams and users Proactively manage project risks and issues, scope creep and team conflicts whilst documenting and tracking these to ensure resolution in a timely manner Own and oversee project budgets and resource allocation and collaborate with enterprise teams to ensure optimal utilisation of people to achieve the shared objectives and goals Coordinate testing, validation, UAT and sufficient user onboarding and training to ensure quality of project delivery and benefit realisation. Lead the project and wider business through change via excellent stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, resistance management, training delivery, change readiness and performance measurement. What we are looking for Experience: 5+ years in Digital Project Management roles with suitable evidence of eCommerce, retail and general office solution delivery Education: Formal qualification in project delivery frameworks and methodologies (Prince2 & APMP) Data Platform and visualization delivery and best practices, CRM information exploitation and POS delivery experience all desirable Strong familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban) What We’d Love To Give You Competitive salary 25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays.
