[full-time, office position] Aberdeen, AB10 1YP Duties: Placing adverts on our ‘Healthier Business Reference’ portal Learning to become a super user on our IQX Database and Zebra Organising interviews, providing feedback, and onboarding new colleagues Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and short-listing candidates using the IQX database and 3CX telephone system Preparing candidate documentation and correspondence using Microsoft 365 and Outlook. You will also use DocuSign to submit candidate details in our portal Assisting candidates to register with SSSC/HCPC, answering incoming calls, signposting calls to relevant consultants, and taking messages Working alongside consultants and managers to develop electronic marketing material Exploring use of mediums such as FB, Twitter, and LinkedIn to enhance and grow our business Taking ownership of office requirements such as stationery, organising tradesmen, filing invoices, and purchase orders What we are looking for: Can-do attitude Confident and friendly individual Keen to learn Excellent communication skills Effective team player Salary: £14,000 - £15,500.
