Clinical24 Staffing are on the hunt for a driven and enthusiastic Digital Recruitment Coordinator to join their team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to get exposure to a busy environment working with customers, different departments and to gain a qualification! The Digital Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, assessing, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in various healthcare settings. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients, and ensuring that all placements meet the highest standards of compliance and quality. What will I be doing? Becoming an expert on Salesforce. Salesforce is a CRM system – you will use this to update client records and CVs, and become fully proficient in this by the end of your apprenticeship. Manage data on Microsoft Packages, such as Outlook, Excel, and Word for tasks and organisation. Advertise vacancies on job boards such as Indeed and CV Library, communicating effectively with clients in arranging telephone pre-screening to organise interviews. Manage social media channels and post creative and interesting content that can be shared to drive business, and inputting marketing campaigns to keep the social media presence current. Working collaboratively across teams to support recruitment consultants to source new opportunities, utilising Sales Navigator and to source and obtain leads. You will also handle payroll queries, manage bookings and cancellations of shifts, and contribute to business development activities. What do I need to be successful? Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues. Independent and team-oriented: Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player, contributing to a supportive environment that boosts team morale and motivation. Ambitious, strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Eagerness to learn, with good organisation skills. High attention to detail, with good problem solving skills. Working week: 40hrs a week. Salary: £16,000 per annum. Benefits: Following probation, you will have the chance to earn commission. Daily and quarterly incentives. Room for progression – many of Clinical24’s staff have started in an apprenticeship position, and several are now in management positions. Great office culture. Future prospects: 90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role. On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
