Professional experience in providing technical support for hardware, software, and network environments. Experience of managing an enterprise Inventory of equipment. Professional experience of Microsoft and VMware hypervisor technology stacks. Experience of working within an NHS Digital Services environment. Evidence of Particular knowledge, skills and aptitudes
Expert in Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating Systems. Knowledge and experience of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP architecture. Excellent technical awareness with the ability to systematically fault find on complex systems. Specific Requirements
