As a Digital Solutions Architect specialising in Web/CMS/AEM, you will play a key role in shaping Creditsafe’s digital experiences. You will work collaboratively with various teams to design, develop, and optimise projects using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your focus will include integrating third-party tools, supporting personalisation strategies, and ensuring that web assets perform efficiently and scale effectively. You will also provide guidance, training, and documentation to support colleagues across the Adobe Marketing Cloud ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

AEM Development

Create and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows. Optimise AEM assets for performance, scalability, and ease of maintenance. Integrate third-party APIs and tools to enhance functionality and user experience. Diagnose and resolve AEM-related technical issues. Collaboration and Support

Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver impactful digital experiences. Stay informed about AEM updates and best practices within Adobe Marketing Cloud. Document workflows and processes to ensure accessibility for the team. Provide training and ongoing support for colleagues using Adobe Experience Manager. Note: You may occasionally be asked to take on additional tasks in line with your role and skills. Skills and Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems, including creating components and automating workflows. Back-end experience with technologies like Java, Apache Sling, and Apache Dispatcher. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party tool integration. Understanding of tag management tools (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager). Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues. Ability to prioritise and manage tasks across multiple projects. Desired Skills

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards. Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices. Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing platforms. Awareness of personalisation tools and strategies.
