Digital Solutions Engineer
to support and drive our digital solutions forward - this role can be based out of our Watford or Horsham offices. Key Responsibilities: Support & Development : Collaborate with our digital team to support applications such as SharePoint (online and on-prem) and Power Platform tools. Incident & Problem Management : Efficiently handle Power Platform and SharePoint-related issues. Change Management : Lead automation projects, converting manual processes into optimized digital workflows. Proactive Monitoring : Actively monitor digital architecture to address emerging issues preemptively. Workflow Management : Develop and manage Power Automate workflows with Microsoft 365 integration. Global Collaboration : Engage with international colleagues for cohesive service management. Guidance & Expertise : Provide Power Platform support, training, and best-practice advice to end-users. Desired Qualifications: Accredited MS Power Platform and SharePoint certifications are preferred. Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online, including
Power Apps
and
Power Automate . Experience with
Power Pages ,
Power BI ,
Azure Portal ,
Logic Apps ,
Power Virtual Agent ,
CoE Tool Kit , and
Microsoft SharePoint 16 & 19 . Knowledge of
PowerShell ,
Power Fx ,
Appenate ,
Microsoft Windows Server OS , and
Active Directory / Entra ID . Familiarity with
Web Services ,
Nintex Workflow ,
Sharegate ,
ITIL
frameworks, and
IT Service Management
