Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum dependant on experience

Location: New Milton/Hybrid (ability to work from home 2 days per week once trained)

This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK. Start Date: ASAP

Are you a seasoned network expert with years of hands-on experience in Telecoms, including multi-site environments? Do you thrive on leveraging Open Source VOIP solutions like FreeSWITCH, WebRTC, or 3CX? If you have a solid grasp of SSH (Secure Shell Protocol), IP telephony, network configuration, and cloud technologies, we want you! Your expertise with Zabbix or SolarWinds monitoring, coupled with your knack for diagnosing and troubleshooting advanced network issues, makes you a perfect fit. If you can provide clear, step-by-step technical assistance and have experience with Draytek routers, join us to revolutionise digital telecare! THE ROLE

As a Digital Telecoms Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our digital product suite, ensuring seamless internal and external communication for critical service support. You'll play a key role in new installations, both remotely and occasionally on-site, enhancing the delivery of our innovative digital portfolio. Establish and maintain robust communication infrastructures, including LAN/WAN and Wireless networks. Ensure reliable digital communication paths for life and service-critical equipment. Demonstrate a strong command of common internet and networking protocols. Apply your expertise in security protocols and firewalls. Provide top-notch technical support and assistance to customers and technical partners. Perform analysis and collect data to identify potential improvements within our digital networks. Collaborate with third-party providers to ensure efficient network operations. Enjoy hybrid working arrangements, balancing office, home, and site attendances.
