We are currently recruiting for a Digital Trading Specialist - International!
Working closely with the Digital Trading Lead to maximise the performance of the Space NK international sites and ensure the customer journey is optimised effectively according to customer behaviour, trading patterns and business objectives.
Role Overview and Responsibilities:
The role is centred on the international customer experience onsite - ensuring a friction free, seamless customer journey by having end to end knowledge of metrics, behaviour and trends to drive key web metrics. Ownership of localised trading calendar and end to end execution of trading activity, suggesting trading activity based on insight, understanding nuances in key markets (IE, FR, NL). Analyse and optimise the customer journey (in key markets) to maximise KPI performance and UX; management of key cross-category / high traffic pages (e.g. bestsellers, new in). Identify and act on areas of opportunity to localise and make the site more relevant to key market customers - including assets, descriptions, navigation, product placement, and trading levers to support customer and sales goals. Partner with Category teams to inform and highlight areas of opportunity in PLP/BLP to enhance browsing and CVR. Partner with Technology teams to identify opportunities for optimisation and localisation. Partner with Marketing to identify customer journey enhancements to drive channel performance and fully understand CVR funnel by channel. Report weekly on KPI performance vs. targets and ad hoc reporting to inform the wider business of Intl growth and cross-collaboration to drive it further; regularly and confidently presenting to senior leaders. Drive process change and optimisation, testing new capability, highlight risks and opportunities to KPI targets. Support the business with ad hoc reporting of key metrics and recommendations to drive key metrics, understand varying behaviours onsite between customer types (e.g. new vs. existing) between Markets. Service & Delivery proposition management for your markets/territories - ensuring they are fully optimised (based on customer behaviour / competitors / business needs) and communicated to the customer effectively. Provide insight and recommendations into the local market and competitors - continual analysis of propositions, trading rhythms, onsite journey and marketing of competitors in key markets. Key Skills:
You have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar digital trading or e-commerce role. You must have experience of growing an online business in international markets and / or experience of using Salesforce in a similar role. You have high level of experience of Excel, Powerpoint and data analytics tools (preferred Qliksense, Content Square). You are curious about data - you have a commercial and analytical mindset. You are solution oriented and an excellent communicator - able to use data to drive a clear narrative and actions to support goals. You have strong organisational and planning skills - able to multi-task and manage differing priorities. Self-starter, motivated, self-aware - setting standards and innovating to achieve international growth. Proven experience understanding and executing Digital Marketing trading strategies. Detail oriented and able to troubleshoot, identify issues and escalate where necessary - great team working skills across multiple teams. Flexible, agile and open to change.
