As a Digital Transformation and Automation Lead, you will be responsible for all the digital transformation and automation processes to offer a technical solution for the implementation and validation through utilising planning and coordination management to provide sustainable business execution. In your first week in this Plant Digital Transformation and Automation Leader role, you can expect to: •
Prepare CAR executive summary, payback analysis including return on investment •
Manage the capex budget according to initial budget approval and liaise with the Plant Financial Controller •
Utilise cost benefit analysis in line with proposed technical solutions •
Coordinate the installation, reception and commissioning of all equipment related to the digital and automation subjects •
Share and transverse the benchmark technical solutions in the group and provide opportunities to implement in the plant. To apply for this Plant Digital Transformation and Automation Leader role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include: •
A degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a similar field •
The ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with others •
