The Role: As the in-house digital video marketing specialist, you will be creating impactful digital video that attracts and engages the right target audiences, driving business growth. The role will give you the opportunity to lead and develop marketing strategies, ensuring a strong return on investment. With a creative and proactive approach, you will also be able to build and manage a marketing team, leading from the front and creating a fantastic positive working culture. More Detail:
Develop and produce high-quality digital video that effectively communicates our investment opportunities and brand message. Collaborate with internal teams to align video content with our overall marketing strategies and business goals. Analyse the performance of video campaigns, optimising for maximum engagement and ROI. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our content remains innovative and relevant. Build and mentor a small marketing team, promoting a culture of creativity and proactive problem-solving. Manage multiple projects, delivering video assets within specified timelines. The Person: Proven experience in creating and managing digital video marketing campaigns, preferably in the finance or investment sectors (not essential). Strong portfolio showcasing creative video content with measurable results. Excellent understanding of video production processes and best practices. Track record of achieving ROI through innovative marketing strategies. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Team player with excellent communication skills.
