Digital/IM Lead

Title:Digital/IM LeadWe have a new opportunity for a Digital Lead to manage the internal systems, processes and applications being used on various projects covering Project Delivery, Project Controls, Engineering, Commercial and Information Management.This is a key role working as part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting nuclear facilities and the delivery of services across Client sites.We are a trusted delivery partner to clients in the nuclear energy sector. Enthusiastic teams work together across disciplines, including organizational transformation and integration, systems engineering, and programme management, to deliver full life cycle solutions from concept through to operations and decommissioning.Some of your responsibilities…Compliance of the exchange information requirements and the asset information management standards.The management of the supply chain delivering information into the project via the exchange information requirements.The management of information at handover into operations, in the operational phase and at end of life / decommissioning.Supporting the teams to effectively manage all information flow, to maintain and control the influx and issue of drawings, specification, surveys, reports, documents, and trackers, to ensure all departments and team members have the latest and correct information that has been through the workflow process.Working with the wider project management, design and BIM teams to ensure BIM delivery is successful as are the projects.What We NeedInformation Management experience across a number of projects and programmes.Experience setting up a Document Control and IM function and using the ISO 19650 processes.Familiar with the UK BIM Framework and CDE management.Subject expert experience in key IM software including Gliderbim and SharePoint.QualificationsDesign and Construction experience - Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP or similar.Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.Security RequirementsYou must have, or be eligible for, SC clearance.LocationThis position is hybrid with some time spent onsite, at our Client’s office and at home.Your own transport is essential as the site is based in Helensburgh.#LI-JC1Join Our Talent Community!At KBR, we partner with government and industry clients to provide purposeful and comprehensive solutions with an emphasis on efficiency and safety.
