This team focuses on providing bespoke financing solutions to mid-market businesses. With a history of delivering creative and flexible financing to support portfolio companies, the team executes transactions across diverse sectors. This role provides an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in financial analysis or transaction services to gain exposure to the full lifecycle of private credit investments. Job Responsibilities Assisting in the origination, evaluation, and structuring of private credit investment opportunities. Conducting comprehensive financial due diligence, including detailed analysis of financial statements and key performance indicators. Preparing high-quality investment memos and supporting presentations for the investment committee. Monitoring portfolio companies' performance, identifying risks, and contributing to value creation initiatives. Collaborating with deal teams and external stakeholders, including advisors and management teams. Supporting business development efforts by preparing marketing materials and engaging with potential clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading university or institution in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Relevant experience, ideally from transaction services teams at Big Four accounting firms, mid-market direct lenders, leveraged finance teams, or credit-focused roles in financial services. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex financial data. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting analysis and recommendations effectively to senior stakeholders. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial databases and tools is advantageous. A demonstrated interest in private credit markets and entrepreneurial problem-solving.
