Through innovative research, compassionate support services, and tireless campaigning, this organisation is making a profound difference in the lives of thousands every day.

About the Role This temporary role is focused on essential administrative and support tasks within the Legacy and Journeys team. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining excellent supporter care during this cover period.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing Requests:

Handle free will service requests, including setting up and updating database records. Information Fulfilment:

Respond to information requests from campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up. Legacy Post:

Sort and scan incoming legacy-related correspondence. Legacy Administration:

Assist with administrative tasks such as letter writing to supporters and stakeholders. Supporter Engagement:

Send out information packs to supporters, ensuring all materials are accurate and well-presented. Results Recording:

Record and collate campaign results, supporting the team in tracking performance.

What We're Looking For:

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in administrative or support roles, ideally within a charity, marketing, or customer service setting. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in database systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
