Direct Payments Monitoring Officer focuses on the post holder will play a key role in managing and improving direct payment noncompliance.
What the role involves
- The post holder will play a key role in managing and improving Direct Payment noncompliance.
- Supporting clients and colleagues within Children's Disability, Adult and Primary & Elderly Services in regards to compliance of Direct Payments.
- Monitoring quarterly returns of bank statements.
- Opening and scanning of post.
- Monitoring shared email Inbox.
- Updating Trust systems and relevant excel databases.
Skills and requirements
- 5 GCSEs Grades A-C to include English & Maths or equivalent AND 1 year's suitable relevant experience in a finance department.
- Relevant experience is defined as working in an office in a financial environment, administration of financial processes, liaising with others in relation to financial procedures,.
- SECTION 2: The following are ESSENTIAL criteria which will be measured during the interview/ selection stage.
- Ability to work with clients and staff at all levels in the Trust.
