This role will have a rotated shift pattern, shifts will be between Monday- Friday 8am- 6pm.
A bit about the job The right candidate will be handling both inbound and outbound telephony support to direct protection customers with a view of progression to also assisting online queries through a live chat platform. We are looking for someone that can come in and proactively manage existing applications and possess the ability to have strong non-advised customer conversations whilst meeting all regulatory requirements. There will be an aspect of this role that will require you to liaise with stakeholders across the business to drive the right customer outcomes.
Skills and experience: Exceptional communication skills, including a strong phone presence, the ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and actively listen and ask insightful questions. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, with a positive, can-do attitude and the confidence to navigate challenging conversations and address objections. Someone who is risk-conscious and can effectively resolve issues to provide the best possible support to our customers. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
