This role is ideal for senior sales personnel with significant experience in direct sales/Telesales. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual from a direct sales background to join a fast-growing business, on a full-time, permanent basis. We manufacture self-build conservatories supplying all of England and Wales at a fraction of the cost of a traditional conservatory; we also recommend local installers to any customer wanting expert help. Our unique and innovative products mean we have enjoyed consistent year-on-year growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about achieving results, have a strong desire to give excellent customer service, and utilize the company’s sales strategy to secure business. Responsibilities: You will be responding to sales enquiries generated by our new, state-of-the-art website, by phone, email, video call, and face-to-face in our showroom. As a professional individual who is customer-focused, you will be responsible for providing quotations to our customers by understanding their needs and providing advice and guidance on products to secure sales. Your excellent organisational skills will be required for following up on enquiries while ensuring our CRM database is updated efficiently with the progress of the enquiry. Key Competencies: Meet KPIs & targets both monthly and annually Be able to connect and build rapport/trust with customers quickly Have a natural flair for sales with the ability to spot, maximise and close sales opportunities Be able to work as part of a larger sales team as well as use your own initiative Learn and retain the company's product and service offerings, features, and pricing Adhere to all company policies and procedures Person Specification: Must be well spoken and articulate with an excellent telephone manner The ability to influence and negotiate Hunger and determination to achieve and exceed targets within a competitive environment Excellent interpersonal skills Previous sales experience essential, preferably in direct sales Reliable and punctual The ideal candidate will be computer literate £30,000 basic salary plus commission - Uncapped (£50k O.T.E) 40 hours p/w Birthday leave policy Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year Additional pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Benefits: Company pension On-site parking Referral programme Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Work Location:
