Due to the ongoing expansion of our client, an industry leader, we are seeking a dedicated Direct Sales Support Executive to enhance our Key Rental Account operations. This role is pivotal in responding to customer inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve inbound inquiries related to key rental accounts, including quoting, ordering, and rescheduling agreements. Manage both verbal and written inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with key rental account customers. Collaborate closely with the Rental team to enhance service delivery. Maintain accurate records for quotes, contracts, and customer interactions within the Miles system. Adhere to fleet processes and ensure all customer issues are resolved promptly. Monitor performance to meet targets and deadlines, providing value-driven services to our customers. Initiate new Key Rental Account contracts using the Miles payout system and prepare weekly/monthly reports for relevant teams. Ensure compliance with FCA & BVRLA regulations and formal organisational policies. Participate in the de-fleet process at the end of contracts and support management with additional duties as required. Performance Measures:

Customer feedback and engagement with the rental team. Achievement of individual performance targets and departmental objectives. Timely turnaround on requests and quality of service delivery. Desired Skills & Qualifications:

A 2:1 BA/BSc Hons degree in Business or a related field is preferred. Applications from graduates in other disciplines are also welcome. Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous, particularly in the automotive or consumer finance sectors. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for negotiation and objection handling. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Excel and Word at an intermediate level. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A sense of urgency in meeting service and productivity targets, with adaptability to changing business environments. Why Join Us?
