As a DTCC Consulting Services Director, you will have the opportunity to build and shape one of the key practice areas of the business. Working closely with the Global Head of DTCC Consulting Services, you will help define strategy and drive its execution to enable business growth from both a commercial and capability perspective, whilst ensuring unparalleled service to our clients. As a subject matter expert in your practice area, you will serve as a trusted advisor for our clients and the DTCC community. Consulting experience in delivering client change across buy-sides or sell-sides with strong subject matter expertise in any of the following; Securities, Trade Lifecycle, Trading Data Flows, Post Trade or Regulatory Reporting is a must. Your Primary Responsibilities: Lead the growth of the business by sharing knowledge and experience, and the development of engagement tools, enablers, and other knowledge assets to build capability for the service. Generate new business opportunities and develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Plan, lead, and manage high-impact consulting projects for financial services clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Manage programs including planning, scheduling, resource management, status reporting, monitoring, and controlling, program data analytics/metrics, delivery optimization, closing, etc. Provide expert advice on regulatory reporting or securities services compliance and developments. Present at industry conferences, roundtables, and forums Communicate clearly with stakeholders, demonstrating gravitas and influencing key decisions. Develop relationships with DTCC’s subject matter experts and business leads to identify opportunities to better serve our clients and cultivate potential new service offerings. Ensure the practice area meets its annual commercial and service objectives. Recruit staff: mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Present business updates and proposals to DTCC executive management and stakeholders as needed. Champion inclusion by creating an inclusive environment and leading diversity initiatives. Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior. **NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. ** Qualifications: Minimum of 12 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success: Minimum of 12 years of related experience which can be a combination of financial services and consulting but must include at least 5 years of consulting experience at a senior managerial level. A proven track record of delivering strategic solutions to financial institutions. Subject matter expertise in regulatory reporting (refits/rewrites/MiFID lll, etc.), securities services (post-trade efficiency, trade lifecycle etc.) ideally with knowledge of trading and data flows. Ability to acquire new clients and sales prospects and to identify opportunities to generate follow -on work during client engagements by understanding a range of services and offerings and coordinating with personnel within DTCC to help sell integrated solutions that meet client needs. Experience working with executive and/or business leadership to manage expectations on engagements and build credibility for our services.
