A forward-thinking cost management construction consultancy is looking to add a Director to their growing Quantity Surveying team in Central London, near Tower Hill. The role of the Director The Director will be joining a small but growing cost management construction consultancy, which has a strong pipeline of work for the next year. You would be joining a young, ambitious, and hard-working team of 15 Quantity Surveyors. As a company, they cover a range of projects within the built environment including Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hotel, and Life Sciences. The Director will run a full range of projects in all sectors while supporting the more junior staff on the team. This is a very hands-on role that is more project delivery-based; however, you will also be part of the senior management team, involved in Business Development and running team meetings. This is a great opportunity for a director or an Associate Director looking to take a step up.
